if the guy did something to deserve the ridicule, like being a douche nozzle (a la Charlie) or trying to ride a toddlers bicycle, then by all means go after him. But to simply rip a guy for being fat while doing his job seems unnecessary.

Your comment would carry a lot more weight (ha!) if we only ripped Weis on these here boards for being a "douche nozzle." (Which he most certainly is, and for which he deserves to be ridiculed.) But we make fun of him all the time for just "being fat while doing his job." For chrissake, as Murph points out, in today's UV, Brian posted a picture of Weis' face superimposed on a picture of King Hippo (and it was hysterical). I don't see the difference at all.

I think that might be QB coach Rod Smith (http://www.mgoblue.com/sports/m-footbl/mtt/smith_rod00.html). Think the mgoblue picture is an old one.
I remember over the summer there was some special about the coaches working out / staying in good shape, and I'm pretty sure he was cited as walking on the treadmill for exercise. Come on, Coach Smith...
