THAT'S HOW YOU DO IT! Wish that BS goal didn't go in so Nagelvoort could've had a shutout.

Michigan is now tied for 2nd.

Win tomorrow and the chase is officially on.

Right now, that team in first place is losing 2-1.

I don't know how you call that a no goal on the shootout. Wilcox knocked off his own net. If I was ANastos I'd just get pissed and tell Hildebrand to just knock his net off every time after that. I would subsequently be ejected.

Glad MSU still managed to wrestle some points from Minnesota though. We may yet be able to catch them

I have no idea what the right ruling in that situation should be.  Because knocking the net off changes the angle and maybe is the only reason it goes in so it shouldn't count, but it seems blatantly unfair for the goalie to be able to do that "inadvertantly."  Maybe just a re-shot?

Wisconsin was lost without Barnes and Kerdiles. They had a group of high skill, playmaking forwards who are better at setting up than scoring. Combine that with a really bad road team and Michigan ran them over.

A win tomorrow will give us a 4-2-0 record on the hockey gauntlet, something I thought impossible after the sweep in Madison.
