Michigan wearing TechFit jerseys today?

Submitted by Wolverine Devotee on
I noticed today Michigan was wearing what looked like to me, the TechFit jerseys because they had a block M on the back above the player names. Anyone know if Michigan will be wearing the Road TechFit unis?

Not sure about the style of jersey, but I kept thinking that their numbers and the names on the back looked skinnier than normal (sorry if this has already been touched on in another thread).  Did anyone else have that impression?

Also, I liked the addition of the block M.  It is discreet and classy.

These do look better, and if the road uni's are what I think they are, they are a bigger step up from the past 3 years. I noticed during videos of spring football, several players were wearing prototypes of the new uni's. The adidas logo is at the neck instead of floating below it, the block M above the name is there and they got rid of those weird stripes that were below the numbers on the back.

My wife got our little boy a Denard jersey for today and I noticed his "M" was larger than the "M" on my Denard jersey from last year.  I thought maybe it was just a fluke on the kids jersey, but they definitely changed it this year.

I actually like the larger M

The front was fantastic, with the much subtler adidas logo.  Looked like a true old-school Michigan jersey.  For me, the block M on the back was terrible -- distracting, unnecessary, and novel.

Has anyone noticed our players being dragged down by their jerseys alot more this season? I've noticed it happening a lot more then the past years, seems these jerseys just strech out which let defenders make the tackle  instead of slipping out and picking up more yards. Any clue what these jerseys are made from?
