My God, what a period. THAT is how you play a second period! They not only survived the 2nd, they thrived. Need an even better 3rd period. Michigan will win this game.

In periods in which I wore my blue jersey, Western outscored us 3-1

In periods in which I wore my maize jersey, we've outscored them 7-1

Sticking to the maize jersey from here on out

Dude....WHY would you do that? You realize you can get them on stubhub the day before the game cheaper right? NCAA is practically begging people to attend second and third round games since they haven't been drawing shite for years.

with the possibility of both Michigan and Michigan State playing in Auburn Hills, I wasn't sure how easy the tickets were going to be to get. I also didn't see the currentl slump coming. I have never been to a Michigan NCAA tournament game and I thought it was a good idea

still might be, but yeah...and 6 games for 150 isn't a bad deal either, its the fact Michigan might not be there which is causing me to hate myself

You may be right that, in general, 2nd round tickets are easy to come by.

HOWEVA,

3rd round tickets routinely go for above face value (when I went to Kansas City in 2009 my friends, who didn't buy in advance, got 2nd round for very cheap, but had to pay above face to get the second game against Oklahoma). Throw in the fact that one of (maybe both!) MSU and Michigan will be playing in the backyard of several tens of thousands of alums and millions of fans, then yeah, that Saturday session will be a pretty expensive ticket.

even if bball manages to draw Auburn Hills, I'm headed to the Joe next Saturday. This team deserves a packed house of Michigan fans.

Why make it an either/or? They both deserve a packed house.

This is just....wow. I love this team right now. Usually I prefer low scoring games because it makes writing goal-by-goal analysis posts quicker but I'd be perfectly ok with more goals. Pour it on.
