I posted earlier on this, DG should get first series, if we don't move the ball, Morris goes in on the next. Throws Utah a curve and sends entire offense a message to pick it up.

In fairness to Gardner, none of our receivers make tough catches. they may have been short but Gallon and Dileo had better hands than any of these guys,

I am ok with Hoke and GMat going at it.....I want to see someone fired up on the sideline. Can we try a hurry up offense to try to get some rhythm? Worst case scenario at least we get to watch more D!

Jesus people we're down THREE FUCKING POINTS.  You guys act like we're in some sort of insurmountable hole that no team has ever recovered from.

Refuckinglax guys.  We've got this.

It's not the score. It's the product on the field. We're just not good. Carbon copy/ copy fwd us vs all decent teams.
Except now we're at home. And playing like doggshitt. Here comes the storms which means I have to suffer through this shit through a delay. Torturous.

This is the most deflated and demoralized I have ever seen the michigan fan base... not even losing to app state or Toledo has brought the program down to the level it is now. There's going to come a time when we won't be able to get talent anymore if shit keeps going this way, especially with the entire big ten looking like absolute garbage (minus wisconsin... I don't care what anyone says.... they had LSU beat and had a really unlucky series of injuries that was easy for Les to exploit)

That was brutal but you can see the potential.  The D is better than last year and we run the ball way better than last year.  Gardner has tunnel vision right now.  I know it is a new offense but it is tough watching him.  We could be a 10 win team easy.

Its not even fan overreation any more.  I cant even count on my fingers anymore how many open recievers there are and we just cant get them the ball.  Gardner 2 years ago is light years ahead of what we see now.

Who does DG have to throw to that is really decent besides funchess?

Which Devin has taken the most mount of brutal hits that most players at this level never have to go through?

Why does ABC keep showing that replay of the Utah qb looking like he's getting his neck broken?

It seems as if I'm in a Bill Murray "Groundhog Day" loop every time Michigan plays a team with a pulse.  Game after game M makes just enough mistakes to be in trouble.  This time it's offensive execution (to me eye) and a line drive punt with negligible cover time.  That ultimately has to come down to preparation.

"The best things these guys have going for them are the legitimately disruptive Nate Orchard (who's from the same high school Sione Houma and Bryan Mone are) and their nose tackle's spectacular name: Viliseni Faounuku.

You never know about mostly new football defenses but the overall picture here is encouraging."

The most frustrating thing about this team is that I can see the talent is there. That's where I feel there has to be some sort of coaching disconnect. I think we're a legitimate 10-win team talent-wise. I just keep seeing us shoot ourselves in the foot over and over.

Trivia question for the board.  Has any football team, in the history of the game, EVER come back from a halftime deficit as large as the one we face right now?

I just want to know if it's been done before.  If it has - i still have hope.  If it hasnt then I agree - fold the tents, fire the coach and burn the stadium to the ground.

You're completely missing the point.  Yes, we can and probably will come back to win this game, but everytime we play a team with a pulse, we look unbelievably bad.  Gardner is worse than ever, the OLine is still giving up an absurd amount of TFLs, special teams are a disaster, our clock management is joke, etc.  People are looking at this team and seeing zero improvement, and that matters a whole lot more than one halftime deficit.
