Ive started another youtube page and thankfully no videos are being removed anymore. I thought uploading the 100th game would be a good start considering Michigan vs Ohio is in 11 days. Cant believe this game was 10 years ago hopefully we can replicate the results next saturday. Enjoy. Sorry dont know how to embed videos

in one week too. Iowa is no gimme on the road.

think UM has about a 0% chance of winning, does that mean you give UM 5-10%?

I'm concerned that OSU basically sleepwalked to 60 points last week against Illinois; this defense keeping OSU around 30 would be a pretty solid effort in my opinion. The offense will need to keep pace, and luckily OSU's defense seems just "off" enough to make that possible.

They can score a lot of points. They also easily give out touch downs.
I think as long as Big Al is creative yet not confusing his own players and the D plays a decent game there is a fair chance we will upset the buckeyes.

We have a great chance to win its just i doubt it will be due to Borges creativity if he even has any

We have a bout as good a chance of winning this game as Rich Rodriguez has of being re-hired as Michigan's head football coach.

People need to stop thinking in absolutes. We are not absolutely bad. Our offense has shown signs of a pulse, albeit only early in the season. OSU is not absolutely good. There is a reason that FSU, Oregon, and Baylor have all jumped them, even though they haven't lost in two years. OSU gives opponents chances. Off the top of my head, through their win streak, they've almost lost to Purdue, Indiana, Northwestern (should have lost), Wisconsin (didn't win the game, Wisconsin lost it), us last year (thanks Borges) and they couldn't pull away from Iowa or Buffalo. They were extemely disappointing against Cal.
The only teams they blew out this year were Purdue, which I believe is a coed squad this year, SDSU, and FAMU. Even Illinois scored on them.
I hate to give you hope, as it may certainly make next weekend hurt more, but this is a winnable game.

I guess we disagree on what a blowout is. Their defense looks worse when their offense plays at a tempo that adds possessions to the game. Also, assuming that whatever lack of focus made games closer than they should have been will exist in any form against Michigan is naive. Also, Al Borges coaches the offense, and last I checked even if I choose to forget this year he was a key reason we lost last year. I hope they do great, I really do, but I'm not insane. Upsets do happen but for this to happen Michigan would have to overcome more adversity than they've even faced this year.

I remember it like it was yesterday, even though I was about ten at the time. At point I was going ballistic because I thought Navarre had broken the all time passing TD record and that would've made the score something like 35-7, but it got called back by a penalty.

I actually completely forgot about that i was soo pissed when they called that play back i thought we would blow them out looking back i wish we did

Man I remember being a kid and just assuming that Michigan would beat OSU. It was always so shocking to me when they didn't. Now, I'm going back a decade just to find good highlights. That's sad.

My thought process: 1) That was my freshman year! 2) 10 years ago, yeah that was a long time ago 3) holy shit it's been a decade since freshman year, damn I'm getting old quickly.

I was in fifth grade at the time, I still have my (tattered) John Navarre jersey from back then. It was dorkishly huge on me in those days, so I can still fit into it.

Why would you ask a dumb question like that?

Despite the overwhelming amount of adversity and bullshit that has transpired in the very long decade for our program since that glorious day--and for as cynical as it has made me become about so many related things--those memories remind me of why I love and cherish Michigan Football so damned much.

I was 13 but remember it vividly. In particular, I sat in the southwest corner... I remember going absolutely nuts after the 87-yarder to Braylon, before it was called back... Also, when Perry went down, the whole stadium started chanting "Perry, Perry!" The students rushed the field after it was over, and one of them had a sign saying "I took Clarett's test!" - that was pretty amusing.
Unfortunately, I don't really remember any versions of The Game prior to 2001 (I actually went to the '99 game but can't recall any details about the actual game itself). Meaning the '03 game is my only memory of a truly satisfying win over OSU... (2011 was nice, but in retrospect, squeaking by a 6-5 OSU team after Tresselgate just doesn't carry very much weight).

This was Carr's only win against Tressel. I remember when Tressel was hired he said he would win the GAME his first season, that was 2002. Too bad Carr could not win a few more from Tressel.

He said something to the effect they would do well. He didn't predict a victory.

I think is quote was along the lines of - in X amount of days you'll be proud of the football team in Ann Arbor.

Heck, in 2002 UM moved the ball pretty well between the 20's but they had to settle for 3 FG's. Had a TD called back because of offensive PI against Braylon.

I was at that game and over the years it became increasingly depressing to think that was the last time we had beaten them. Finally winning again under Hoke was cathartic.

Shameless plug but since the T3 nazis are gone, and WH has returned, I've been uploading 2013 games in HD with WH-style edits. I worked all summer actually on the 2011-2012 seasons as well as some of his older games in HD quality. Here are some of the 2013s recently uploaded-

Does anyone else remember Gerald Ford speaking to the crowd on the video board before the game? I thought that was so great, and was disappointed they didnt show it on the TV broadcast or even mention it. WIsh I could see that again. It was such a great day filled with great memories. Hope the team can replicate this on Nov. 30!

But I can't help being excited for this game. No matter what our record is I will always love this rivalry and what it means for our programs. I cannot wait for our chance to take down OSU.

We have a team with great talent and we are simplifying things at a good time for them to play with emotion. I also believe ohio is looking past everyone to MSU. All of this plays into our hands psychologically.

I miss the hell out of Keith Jackson. He didn't have half the ego many of today's announcers do.
