Michigan vs Ohio football to be played at 8pm nov 24th?

And you can't play night games in the Big Ten in November.

Yeah the big ten does not allow night games that late in the season. then again they aren't much for following rules down there...

Like its not cold enough during the day in late November . . .
but the weather is not the primary reason. Imagine giving Buckeye fans a full day of boozing prior to the Michigan game..... It wouldn't be pretty.
is that they'd have eight extra hours to fill their coolers.

If the game is at night, Coach better put on a jacket. I know he is tough, but Nov at night, he better a get a goose down.

If you look at Michigan's schedule on the same website, it shows that the B1G Championship is at 8 PM ET on FOX. The time and network on the OSU schedule is probaly a typo and is meant to be the B1G championship game (which would be on FOX).

And if you look at every other team in the B1G, this is also the case. obviously this is auto generated and hasnt been caught.
Maybe Ohio's schedule auto-generated the last game to be at 8pm, but oh wait, they can't play in the B1G Championship game!

Imagine how much more liquor armor I can put on in those extra 8 hours! I'll be impervious to both the cold and the broken glass bottles thrown my way by the "people-like-things" who inhabit Columbus.

that assigned that time and network for the last game on each B1G schedule. That would have worked if every school in the conference had been eligible for the championship game....
But Michgan's schedule in 2012 is littered with road night games: Alabama, ND, and if the the rumors are true, Nebraska. Going to be fun to see our team take it on.
I think you'll see what's happening here if you click the michigan team link. since osu can't go to the B1G championship game, whoever made this page accidentally moved up that game's time and tv station to the Michigan game. it won't be at 8pm. nothing to see here
The "no night games in November" myth was debunked last fall. No such rule exists in the B1G.
Odds are still stacked against November night games. The last Nov night game in the B1G was in 2008 at that was indoors at the Metrodome in Minnesota. Can't remember the last outdoors night game. Both sides have to agree to have a night game scheduled in the B1G, and I doubt many schools would agree to one outdoors in November. Especailly the Game on Thanksgiving weekend with the possibility of the B1G Championship Game the following weekend.
How was it debunked last fall? Was there a night game in November?
I hate night games. Too long of a wait and too much anxiety for even a noon game.
And now the possibility of waiting 11 hours until kickoff for The Game.
My pre-game stress-drinking will hit levels never yet seen...
THE GAME should not be played at night, regardless of how drunk Buckeye fans get. Even without alcohol, they're still America's worst fan base.
For this special event, mother nature shall be their poop cooler.
That might bode well for Michigan and less well for the finesse option game of Ohno.
Not buying it.
This will never happen. Not to mention the fact that Schembechler would turn over in his grave if it became a night game.
Don't get me wrong, I'm all for night games. But there are too many forces at work that will prevent something like this from ever happening.
HOPE THIS IS TRUE! WE GET TO SHOW THE WORLD THAT MICHIGAN IS BACK AND OHIO IS DONE! SHOELACE WILL WRAP THE HEISMAN UP!GO BLUE!!!
Doesn't he not eat all day until after the game? Superstition
