He's shown moments of good play from last year and the first couple and has the talent (arm and size) that a real staff could coach up. His confidence is shaken and he gets pummeled behind the shit O-line and slow developing play calls.

Wow.... and the big key there was Avery's stop on 2nd down. He stood Siemien up instead of diving at him. It was a great play.
