Michigan vs. MSU Tickets for Sale on MGoBlue.com

Submitted by bklein09 on

As of last night, MGoBlue has single tickets to the MSU game for sale for $95. Not a bad deal considering the prices on StubHub, Craigslist, etc.

I got mine last night, and it seemed like all the seats were in Section 7. Does anyone know if this is in the visitor section? I really hope not. My tickets are in the 30s for rows. They put the visitors up a lot higher than that right?

Go Blue!

EDIT: It seems like there are tickets available in several sections and row levels. Mostly in the corners. But they are all SEPARATE SINGLE seats from what I can tell. FYI I found out that they were going to release these by calling the ticket office. They said they wouldn't publicize it and would just release them without warning. Something to keep in mind for big games in the future...

Thanks a bunch for posting this.  I just started scanning craigslist and stubhub a couple days ago and never thought to even look on mgoblue.com.  You saved me at least $50, probably much more!

Thanks to everyone for chiming in about visitor seating. I am VERY glad to know I won't be surrounded by Spartys!

Yes, these are single tickets, so no groups. But if you want to have your tickets ahead of time and don't want to pay a fortune, it's a good option. I was able to get two tickets within a few rows of each other, but I'm not sure what is left at this point.

Good luck to everyone looking for tickets!

This is a long shot, but, I noticed on Stub Hub that sec 36 row 66 seats 23-24 are being sold together. If the seller is on this blog, and interested, I would appreciate the chance to buy only seat 23 so my gf can sit next to my Dad & I. Currently, they must be sold as a pair, per Stub Hub. Here's hoping.

That is a solid deal. I had an extra student ticket for MSU and sold it for more than $200, more than a set of student tickets actually costs.

You would think with tickets being available at face less than two weeks before the game that they would have been tickets returned by Michigan State. That does not seem to be the case based on the sections I, and others, have purchased.

Are these tickets left over from unsold four packs?

With Illinois, NW and Iowa tickets still available on mgoblue.com, it is surprising these MSU tix weren't bundled to incite sales for those remaining games. Maybe they didn't want to further alienate the four-pack buyers?

Picked mine up over the weekend.  I told my wife she could take her sister with our season tix because I've taken my dad instead of her five or ten times.  Boo me.  Boo.

Is this area going to be in Spartyville?  If so, I'll bring my tear harvester.

for my tickets (2) a few months ago. I bought mine on eBay for $625. I really thought both teams would be top 20 heading into this game. Oh well - at least I will be there.

i paid $200 per on stubhub for 4 together and 2 together nearby but way back in row 93 in the northeast corner.  bringing my 11 year old to his first game - grandpa (UM Law 68) is paying for all the tickets.  life is good.

Picked up a single in Sec 15 row 50. I needed this after a buddy backed out on a ticket for me a few days ago.

+1 to you from now on

...there's still single tickets available from the ticket office at face plus fees---while the cheapest on StubHub is $142 + fees.

Anyone have 1 ticket to the MSU game this Saturday for sale? I don't want to be raped in price like stub hub does or even craigslist. Thanks
