Well gee fucking whiz. Apparently respect has to be earned. End of the ND game, Gardnder gets a cheap shot during a pick 6 with time virtually out on the game, no response. Minny, Shane gets targeted, no response. Dantonio basically fucks Hoke in prime time for really no point at all, and Hoke makes nice with him at mid field.
Who the hell is supposed to get behind this? Not only are they being beat, but they are being disrespected on an epic scale.

Staee is the better team, but I will not back off the fact they are still a dirty team and their fans act sub-human when they cheer a guy ejected for targeting. I saw two targeting calls in the somewhat small part of the game I saw.
I despise this kind of play but I'm not sure I'd have minded Cook's knee being taken out. At some point, enough is enough.
I will root for Ohio against them and it's not a tough choice.

Sadly, I've begun to feel the same way with regard to rooting for OSU over MSU. There are a lot of Spartan fans where I live and they are awful. They are also very quick to forget that before the success they've had the last few years, they were 10-30 against M in the previous 40 games. In addition, the Spartans have been "good" while the remainder of the B1G sucks.
