Michigan vs Miami (OH) 2004: Henne's debut highlights

Just put up highlights of the 2004 game against miami university. It was the debut of Chad Henne who was thrown into the starting spot when Matt Gutierrez got injured game week in practice. You know the drill, let me know how I did and share your thoughts and/or memories of this game.

My next video is going to be the game against san diego state in 2004. It will be the only copy of it on the internet.

This was my sophomore year at Michigan. I remember the team coming out on the field and asking my friend, "Wait, is that Henne? Starting??" Turns out he did pretty alright. I think he actually managed to be underappreciated in his time at Michigan, just because everyone gave Braylon/Hart so much of the credit for our big wins (which they earned, to be fair).

I wish WolverineHistorian would do a few losses. I know, nobody wants to relive a loss and I know he's stated he doesn't do losses but he puts the videos together so well and there were a lot of exciting games over the last 20 years we unfortunately came out on the losing end of. There were still a lot of bad ass plays in a lot of those games. Win or lose.

Well.....I do have losses. But I'm not too crazy about uploading them.

1. Because of the head trauma I may inflict on myself watching it again

2. The trolls would come out from under their bridge.

Much better context this time but why do you continue to show the extra points?  They are neither relevant nor exciting unless there is a miss. Otherwise much improved and thanks as always.

I still remember watching this broadcast and my jaw dropping when the announcers said a true freshman would be starting at QB for Michigan in place of Guitierez. I was like "Yeah? Fuck!". Then by mid-game, I was all like "Fuck YEAH!" Not a bad debut for an 18-year-old who was playing high school football just a 8 months prior.
