It's games like this where we get to figure out who the clutch guys are that can make it happen when it counts. Stauskus seems like the only one right now. We need another clutch scorer--not sure it's going to be Lavert or GRIII. Might need to start working it into McGary in late game situations.

But I don't think Cris LeVert is awesome like everyone else on this blog seems to think. He's still too small for his position, which is kinda the norm for Coach B I guess. He's good passer for his size, but he's not a great shooter or scorer. I'm just confused by the praise hept upon him around here.

Everyone who says stuff like this is trying to calm themselves down more than anything. No one is saying the season is over, people are just disappointed with our play tonight. I think that's acceptable. This has not been a good basketball game for Michigan.

I highly doubt it. This Michigan team is soft with the exception of McGary. Also, by the end of the year a loss to ISU isn't going to look very bad at all.

It's a respectable opponent at their place (Iowa St. probably shoulda beat OSU in the NCAAs last year and beat Kansas) - yeah, losing sucks but this loss will pay dividends in teaching our young team how to play together in March.

This is a tuff game and Robinson and LeVert have been putrid...and we were in it untill the end....good things will come out of this game....

Ejim was the best player on the court tonight. GRIII and Levert were non-factors. With the exception of Stauskas, this was a really disappointing game. A lot of mistakes on offense and defense, and they really missed having Burke as a leader at the end of the game. The last few minutes were a mess.
