Biggest problem I have with our offense is we arent closers that put games out of reach.  Clutch as hell, but come on we dont need to do it on the last drive when the 3 drives before that could have done it.  Please beat State!

There is no doubt about it. He has this potential and force that surrounds him (I know sounds like Star Wars) to lead him through any situation. He needed only 29 seconds to get 7 points. Even though our defense isn't great right now we have proven we have the ability to come back last minute and put the ball game away. If we can keep this up in the 4th quarter in all of our upcoming games on the schedule then maybe just maybe this could be the year we shock somebody down in Columbus.  I was not impressed by OSU at all today against Illinois.

Deep Breath... hold... slowly exhale... repeat... Ok I am good. At least until next week. So this is how it feels to disarm a ticking time bomb.

Give our D is really young, but shouldn't we see improvements thru 5 games? even just a little? I'm just not seeing it out there. I see the talent out there on the field but I just feel the talent is not being used to the fullest.

Taylor Lewan is going to be doing some serious freaking sprints this week. Other than that I just feel numb right now. But we won! Hooray!

I guess Denard is still in the lead for that Heisman thingy

277 passing yards (career high), 3TDs, no INTs

218 rushing yards, 2 TDs

Apparently he's the only QB to rush and pass for over 200 yards twice.

next weeked is a Michigan win in the Big House against Sparty. We need just one win away now from becoming bowl eligible but more importantly is that we have 2 road wins to start off our season. That is huge for Rodriguez looking back to how the season turned out last year. We have proven we can win on the road and that we can come back late and win the game but three things need to seriously shape up before we play Little Brother next weekend.

1. Finish tackles in the secondary. Stop trying to tackle by grabbing the belt or thigh.

2. Man to man coverage Saw way too many open wide receivers in this game.

3. No turnovers. That fumble on the 1 should never of happened and we should of taken a 21-7 lead.
