I'd like to see more spread formations.

Also I mentioned this in the offense thread, but the red zone FG/TD ratio worries me for down the road.

Also, all those burned redshirts vs Hawaii last year don't seem so puzzling now...

I will think about it - this is an ever-evolving system and although my attempts to get input on these theads typically never get more than scattershot commentary, this might be something that is worth consideration. We did it a bit last year with threads but we can throw one out there next week.

The team played much better in the 2nd half. The secondary doesn't look like much of a concern and the offensive line was better than I expected. Some problems with Ulizio and Speight still a little inconsistent are the only two negatives.

the announcers were fine, but it was the replay booth that was terrible.  there were a number of penalties and some great catches (some by gators) that sure would've been nice to have another look at to see if they were legit.  for example, the one where our punt team got called (#33?) for false start, but the FL guy looked like he was across, off sides.

glad for the win, nail biter of course for all of us for a while. go blue!

+1, the broadcast direction sucked. One of the announcers (couldn't tell which) saying "Donny Brown" over and over also drove me crazy. Even if his friends call him that, the guy is Don Brown to me. It was like hearing a broadcaster talk about "Tommy Brady."

A little too much "run Evans up the middle" and that one punt from the wrong side of the field, but overall our coaches were a million times better than their coaches, so can't complain too much.

I liked pulling Speight for two series. He came back dialed in and his only big mistake after was long-balling Crawford on what should have been an easy TD.

Yeah sounds like MichiganMan14 is salty that Higdon isn't getting more time. Isaac and Evans are better than Higdon. Higdon brings something very good to the team but you seem way salty. Running back is not the issue on this team.

Please tell us you were joking. And if not, that Higdon didn't tell you that.
Either way, it's be the biggest pile of crap I've heard, and demand you have some fucking perspective. What you may view as "politics" are mind games to get the players to play their best. And Harbaugh is the master.
