we have them up top but i would like to see more from everyone considering we have 3-4 good shooters on the floor at all times. it's pretty easy to defend jump shooters when there aren't many screens. short of that, levert and walton need to drive more.

I think that has to be our focus until we find an offensive identity.
And secretly, that's what we did last year and our offensive identity last year (and this year) should be transition. When we play tough defense, and suffocate the basketball, we're SO MUCH more effeicent on the other end that it's disturbing.
This team needs to be all about defense.

Stauskas has his hands full with Gordon. How he responds will have a lot of say in the results today. McGary is going to have trouble with fouls as well against such an athletic front line. Gotta find a way to get quality minutes there.
Defense has been mostly solid early. Gotta create good looks offensively though - not much of that so far.
