JB knows what he is doing. Obviously this was not the result we wanted, but unlike football, this loss won't ruin the season. If anything, I think it showed the guys what it takes to be an elite team this year. This will be a positive game in the long run, although obviously not as positive as a victory would have been. Just seems like we have a young team who hasn't figured out how to put a good game together for the full 40 minutes.
WE ARE 0-0 IN THE BIG 10. Everything is going to be OK, guys.

We will be fine. This is not football!

The B1G will be tough but I bet we finish 3rd or 4th in the conference! Our seeding in the tourney will not be that high but I think this team will make it to the sweet 16!

Why do Michigan's players back off when they shoot? Is the idea that they'll just concede the rebound unless it falls to McGary? I don't buy that you have to give up rebounds just because you're smaller. Does Michigan give up on offensive rebounds to better set up its defense?

Wonder if the band being there would've made a difference

We lose our two best guards to the NBA, our best big man is still recovering from an off-season injury, we're extremely young in the back court, and lose in the final minute to the #1 team in the country by two. A game like this is far more valuable to this team in the run of the season than a beatdown of a tomato can.

Besides, I learned from last year not to judge this team too quickly (retroactive self-negbang). Big picture, the only concern I have is that Beilein teams require enough time to play together that integrating top talent into this team will be really difficult.
