Gets blocked twice and was lucky enough to get the ball back and make the layup.  Both times it was two-on-one though and it was a bad decision to shoot.

Smot isn't explosive enough to just go up and slam it, he gets stuffed every time he tries. At least he was able to slip by and hit the reverse layup.

Smotz is just having a horrible tournament.  He is playing bad defense, horrible shot selection, and won't pass the damn ball causing him to be blocked twice now.  Been trying to hold off on the critizing but he's just killing me to the point where my little sister is asking why he's even playing...

Agreed UCLA looks completely disorganized and clueless. Their interior strength and some lucky 3-pointers are all that's keeping them in the game.

Chaos is found in greatest abundance wherever order is being sought.  It always defeats order because it is better organized.

I agree. He's really making some bad choices out there. I love the guy but he's had a rough start so far this year. I'm sure he'll come on strong right when we need him. I know JB encourages them to shoot through the woes.

I'm not sure, but he has looked fresh this game since he didn't get much time vs. Duke.

He does look much bigger this year.  Last year he looked as skiiny as THJr.
