Exactly, and McQuay waiting until November certainly helps our chances there.  If he wanted to commit to USC today, they might take him.  But I bet if Cravens commits, SC has room for one more DB, and that either might not be available come November or he just won't be the top guy for their last spot.

Yes, you can study in the two biggest cities in the world.  The point we're trying to make is that you don't have to be in the biggest cities in the world to study music, especially if a world class institution in the midwest happens to have a state of the art music studio and nationally renound music school.  You don't have to be where the industry is to study it.

Encouraging sign, USC leads for Tahaan Goodman and are in the top-two (with Oregon) for Max Redfield. Those are two of the best safeties in the nation. They have Cravens too, but I'm pretty sure he is coming in at LB. They're also in good shape with Priest Willis, he is a CB/S. Could easily turn into a head-to-head with Vandy.

Edit: Mentioned above, but also note that Michigan is the only school in the top-three of both McQuay and Alvin Bailey. Bailey has a top-three of us along with FSU and Central Florida. McQuay and Bailey are teammates at Armwood. Both of them on campus at the same time for an official could be great.

I don't see them on here yet so here are McQuay's beats, which happen to be crispy. He's not just saying that he wants to go into music, it seems like he has some actual talent.

Just listened to his tracks on SoundCloud.  This kis has got skillz.  We really need to get him in the secondary, make him earn the #2, and have him develop some of our theme music.  For starters replace Sweer Caroline and White Stripes being beaten to death.

My prediction based on flimsy evidence, we get him in November.

This is really exciting news. Another positive is that the Rivals page says he graduates in December 2013 meaning he may be an EE candidate.

Would be quite the combo of safety/corner and wr were we to get Bailey and him.

Here's hoping for a bright future. This team does try hard and I will continue to support them.
