for the hockey team. If nothing else, this has to give a little confidence going into the rest of the season. Things were looking tough.
I'll be at the outdoor game in February, so I hope this is a sign of things to come.

I'll be at the Camp Randall game as well. Can't wait!

We absolutely need a sweep against OSU this weekend and at least a split with ND.
Tough to ask for, but c'mon boys, we need this.

I only listened to the audio stream of the game, but from what I can tell, Capurosso, Hagelin, and Rust are stepping it up and becoming the offensive threats they were supposed to mature into at the start of the year.
Hogan had an exceptional game, but he still scares me in net a lot. He's definitely not at his peak yet.
Props to the much-maligned power play for righting the ship, and to the penalty kill for continuing to be an elite unit. They're back to blocking shots and playing great positional hockey.

Your right, most of the offense came from the Rust line. We had a lot of opportunities but only really seemed to score off of turnovers around the net.
I was at the game and Lynch really stood out. He's big, and damn can that kid skate! He was chasing down every loose puck and had a few great scoring chances.
