Michigan State Players Allegedly Stage Assault on Dorm

From The Detroit News: http://www.detnews.com/article/20091124/SPORTS0202/911240408/1361/MSU-f… 15-20 men, some in ski masks assaulted multiple people in a dorm attack this past Sunday. Witnesses have identified some participants as football players although there hasn't been an official confirmation yet. It appears that they were looking for someone who had been in an altercation at a frat party (Iota Phi Theta) the night before with one of the attackers. When they couldn't find him, they attacked random people. Seven were injured. Yikes. If these are actual football players, this is not going to look good for the MSU program. If I am not mistaken, I thought I read somewhere that a Mich player was arrested over the weekend. We need to be careful not to rub this in, less it comes back on us- Go Blue!

It would be hilarious if, at next year's UM-MSU game, Michigan fans created a fake Sparty mascot and had him wear a giant ski mask on his fat head. Get on it.

When it comes to TV sideline reporters, there's no such thing as an intelligent question. I roll my eyes every time I hear another completely pointless "How does this win make you feel?" question on the field after a game. Dear Sideline Reporters of America: A win makes athletes and coaches feel good; a loss makes them feel bad. Please stop asking them how they feel; we already know.

The thing is when you have a group of spartans attacking an enemy encampment like this, the stealth of a skimask isn't going to help you much. What you really need is a couple catapults.

I say the student section at Sparty's bowl game put on ski masks charge the field and start punching everyone including coaches and just run out of the stadium. That would be a 6-6 bowl game worth watching.

They were listening for crimes on the police radio and ran in the fraternity to help. They only donned their ski masks to protect their identity as superheroes!
