Michigan room is shaping up

Submitted by 2Blue4You on

Due to the low content of today, anticipation of the season, and sheer boredom I felt compelled to tell about my Michigan room that is nearing completion. The wife let me hang and display all of my Michigan stuff in all it's glory. I have my heisman winner's picture up top as I dream of Devin Gardner stepping onto campus to don the winged helmet. Next to it I have my History of Michigan uniforms display as I dream of new road Uniforms and I stray to thinking how sweet it will be when the basketball team brings back the huge block M on the shorts. The 100th game vs. OSU panorama makes me giddy to knock off the Buckeyes this year in Our House. Lastly the national championship posters, newspaper headlines, sports illustrated covers have me ready for RichRod to take us to the promise land, soon.

Sorry to waste your time. I will crack open a beer and bask in my room's glory and watch the 2004 MSU game I have Tivo'd and wait for my wife to come home from work and bitch about me not getting anything done today. 12 More Days. GO BLUE!

I havent' figured out how to display it but I have a Michigan Card autographed personally to me by Tyrone Wheatley. I was around 10 years old when I got it so you can imagine how cool I thought it was.

I have a Michigan basketball. Hope to get a helmet soon b/c it is a must for the collection. Have to start somewhere.

I have a Michigan Wheaties box and no idea what to do w/ it. Eat it or save it for 50 years and hope it is worth something?

I wish you could send in photos and they could make fatheads of random people. I would just give myself to everyone for birthdays, holidays, bat mitzvahs, etc. Would be awesome.

I don't know the prices or anything, but you can take in your memory card and they'll blow it up. I don't know if it is the same material or if it is more of a sticker. Next time I'm in there I'll grab the little brochure about it and report my findings.

EDIT: http://www.wallhogs.com basically does what you're talking about. I don't know how serious you are about actually doing it but what the hell there's the link for you anyways.
