Michigan offers 2012 TE Sam Grant
It looks like the staff sees the need for TEs on this roster, hopefully Chris Barnett joins us this year and we land a top recruit next year too.
Grant is large at 6'6" 225. It looks like he has offers from us and Toledo, but is being looked at by Ohio State, Kentucky, Northwestern, Cincinnati, Iowa, Wisconsin, Michigan State and Notre Dame.

Goliath was a 5* coming out of Palestine High School but it was the 3* David that rocked his world.

Goliath was a product of recruiters' obsession with physical size. Even in that picture you can see that Goliath was sorely lacking in fundamentals. Poor pad level, standing straight up at the line...

Just as long as we have Huckelby deep, Davis close, Ricky the peach Leach under center, the ball resting 18 yards in, from this, the western sideline, I don't see why we cant bring Ufer back.

Man can he go up and get the ball...and run with it too! Check out that #32 cat gettin a taste at 0:32 and at again at 0:45 both for long TDs. Ouch, he definitely did some running at their next practices for those plays.

Everyone loves a tight end.
Definitely think it's important to get a head start on the 2012 class. Get them thinking blue early and often. I'm already looking forward to the next recruiting class. I want to see what Hoke and GMAT can do over a full year.
