apparel for us. I'm literally sitting outside in my Nike Michigan shorts, short from the last time they had nike. I bought zero addida clothes during this contract.

Not to rain on everyone's parade and my reaction is partially due to being borderline OCD, but I hate the fact that our maize is inconsistent and this will only make it worse for a few years as everyone has stockpiled Adidas gear.

Nothing better than an overhead shot of the Big House during a maize out.

Nike already got it right on their initial images.  The Nike Swoosh that is maize and blue matches the exact shade of maize displayed on the official Michigan style guide on the UMich website (I matched the hex codes myself too).

This leads me to believe that they will match the uniforms to this as well.  It's up to the Univerity to ensure all other things in their control reflect the consistency as well.

haven't seen this posted yet, but a really cool aspect of all this is that Nike+ technology is going to be incorporated into practice jerseys and routines. The science of training is about to enter the 21st century for us like it has other programs such as FSU.

Can't happen soon enough. You should see my old Nike hat lol. All my Nike gear is still cooler and held up better than the bit of adidas gear I was gifted (never bought a single piece of adidas gear). Yet, I needz me sone new. Great news.

They should have never left the swoosh to begin with, but finally Michigan did the right thing by signing with Nike and coming home to the swoosh.
