Death to backboards.
January 9th, 2014 at 9:52 PM ^
WEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE!!!
January 9th, 2014 at 9:52 PM ^
Kinda of hilarious that he hit that and didn't act excited at all. Just started walking.
January 9th, 2014 at 9:52 PM ^
That's the first time I can ever remember a team I route for hitting on a prayer to end a half
January 9th, 2014 at 9:53 PM ^
You missed "The Trey" last year?
January 9th, 2014 at 9:54 PM ^
To be fair that wasn't quite at the buzzer.
January 9th, 2014 at 9:57 PM ^
Little different, Trey's was a jump shot from about 10 feet closer, but I screamed,Yes, a heck of a lot louder on Burkes three. Thanks for the memory though, I'll up vote ya later when I'm on my PC.
January 9th, 2014 at 9:52 PM ^
Goodnight Derrick.
January 9th, 2014 at 9:52 PM ^
There's your key for Walton, keep his shots behind the mid-court line.
January 9th, 2014 at 9:52 PM ^
Walt Jr.
January 9th, 2014 at 9:52 PM ^
Not sure why all the haters.
Young team that goes on the road in the big 10. The big 10 is easily the best conference. Even these crap teams are hard to beat on the road.
And D Walt makes a half court shot as I'm typing.
January 9th, 2014 at 10:03 PM ^
The term ''hater'' is used very loosely these days.
January 9th, 2014 at 9:53 PM ^
HAHAHA that Walton Jr. shot just made me $100 ... I had Michigan First Half -2.5 Spread ... I was pissed about JMo missing the 2nd FT on the 1&1, and then Walton Jr buried it. Awesome.
January 9th, 2014 at 9:53 PM ^
Holy shit! They totally jinxed Nebraska there haha. Looks like we'll head to halftime with the score tied... NOPE
January 9th, 2014 at 9:53 PM ^
Way to shoot it Walton!
January 9th, 2014 at 9:53 PM ^
That was a fairly nice shot.
January 9th, 2014 at 9:53 PM ^
Maybe we should start chucking deep shots like that, since our half court offense has been so dysfunctional.
I hope that wakes these guys up. Just really seems like they're going through the motions tonight. Nebraska laying back defensively and just sort of clogging the lane and waiting for rebounds is lulling us to complacency, I think. Defensively, we just aren't moving well.
January 9th, 2014 at 9:53 PM ^
Nebraska has very little talent, but I'm impressed with the screens they throw and the general flow of their offense. Give Miles some talent and they could be pretty good.
January 9th, 2014 at 9:53 PM ^
Holy shot!
January 9th, 2014 at 9:54 PM ^
I think that's the first halfcourter I've ever seen a Michigan player make.
I remember Chauncey Billups making one (against the Nets?) in the playoffs for the Pistons, but don't ever remember it happening to Michigan.
January 9th, 2014 at 9:54 PM ^
Sheed had one against the Nuggets in a random regular season game.
January 9th, 2014 at 9:58 PM ^
I was at that game. His reaction was fantastic.
January 9th, 2014 at 10:03 PM ^
That's right - I remember that one.
Found it on YouTube!
January 9th, 2014 at 10:03 PM ^
2 big ones that were long: D Harris vs ND in the NIT, and Burke had a long shot at the end of game sometime late last year.
Other than those, the only one I remember in Washtenaw County was in EMU's last game in their old building for the win
January 9th, 2014 at 9:54 PM ^
All those Arizona highlights for a four point halftime lead.
January 9th, 2014 at 9:54 PM ^
Walton's shot gets my vote for One Frame At A Time, Ace.
January 9th, 2014 at 9:54 PM ^
WTF is up with all the empty seats at UCLA against the #1 team?? Pathetic.
January 9th, 2014 at 9:55 PM ^
It's a Los Angeles team. They never show up.
January 9th, 2014 at 9:57 PM ^
Must be the icy weather in Los Angeles. . . .er, maybe not.
January 9th, 2014 at 9:54 PM ^
That was cool. We get about 15 more of those and we'll know what it feels like to be Bo Ryan.
January 9th, 2014 at 9:57 PM ^
Fuck backboards, Wisconsin and Ohio...D Walt goes nothin but nylon.
January 9th, 2014 at 9:58 PM ^

Sorry to mention the NBA but THJ just had a nasty jam over Ray Allen. Disrespectful!
January 9th, 2014 at 9:59 PM ^
Nebraska is playing some solid defense, credit to them. Michigan has struggled at times to get a flow going. Backdoor cuts and the pick n roll have been limited and difficult to maneuver due to the aforementioned defense. I'm curious to see what Beilein and co. come up with for an offensive scheme for the beginning minutes of the 2nd half to open things up.
January 9th, 2014 at 10:01 PM ^
Mentioned multiple times tonight that Mitch is out all year. Has this actually been said by the program? All I have seen is indefinitely.
January 9th, 2014 at 10:02 PM ^
We need to play better on both ends. Pretty simple.
January 9th, 2014 at 10:02 PM ^
Halftime question: Does Mitch come back? Would he even get drafted after not playing much and back surgery? Does he risk another year of college bball or try to get a pay check?
January 9th, 2014 at 10:04 PM ^
Hardaway Jr. just posterized Ray Allen
January 9th, 2014 at 10:08 PM ^
Holy crap! We got an offensive rebound!
January 9th, 2014 at 10:10 PM ^
Ummmm thank you refs?
January 9th, 2014 at 10:10 PM ^
Ball dont lie ... i guess.
January 9th, 2014 at 10:11 PM ^
Why can we not stop ANYBODY from driving to the rim?????
January 9th, 2014 at 10:11 PM ^
We are really bad at stopping penetration. Opposing PGs are killing us.
January 9th, 2014 at 10:14 PM ^
Yes. All season. We miss Burke's offense, but his defense was so undervalued!
January 9th, 2014 at 10:12 PM ^
That pass by Morgan. Well done
January 9th, 2014 at 10:13 PM ^
That was a pretty slick give and go.
January 9th, 2014 at 10:12 PM ^
Just win by more than 5.5 boys. You can do it. Cover that spread boys.
January 9th, 2014 at 10:12 PM ^
That basketball that everyone was bitching about went off of Nebraska. I rewinded it.
January 9th, 2014 at 10:13 PM ^
I actually thought that live. Couldn't understand why the announcers were so irate.
