I think we finally got woken up. We haven't played with this energy since the MSU game...
I've been surprised how well Stauskas and GRIII have done guarding him. I don't recall either of them getting blown by or owned or anything
I can't believe SD St has played the same 5 guys all game.

It's nice that we've been playing well enough that we're still ahead by 10+ without his scoring. Bodes well

THIS is how Michigan needs to play the entire game. When we play with energy, and positive energy...not chip on our shoulder energy, we're a GREAT basketball team.
I don't know about everyone else, but THIS is why I've been so down on Michigan lately. I watch us lose @ Indiana and I honestly wasn't mad. I thought we played one hell of a game without Morgan.
But when we lose and we're "ho-hum" all game....ugh, it drives me CRAZY. You can control energy, passion and effort. You can't always control the ball going through the net, officials, etc.
That little spurt post-Trey's injury was exactly the Michigan we need to see for 40 minutes.
That said, let's see if we keep it up. I think part of the reason for the spurt was Burke being out and everyoen raising their level of play. Hopefully it stays that way.
