4-4, 4 minutes in.
License to kill gophers ...
Let's Go Blue!
Horford fouling...what's new.
There are times when I question how our big men are coached. That last foul by Horford was one of those times.
Horford fouls at an insane rate.
You beat me! jerk.
Using ur elbow to get around a defender Is a foul that is never called. The Minnesota big man just had a perfect example of what the foul is and it didn't get called. Shocker.
I've never heard this... I always thought chicken wing describes your form when you shoot
That whole mini-sequence our guys were slow to the ball and giving up the OReb was a part of that (also a good bounce).
That Stauskas to GRIII oop was dirty
Stop turning the ball over!
Nice block by Little Big Dog!
I posted this in the other open thread..
Richard Pitino looks like a typical rich guy villain in a movie.
Caris is getting beat at both ends of the court right now, missed an easy layup, gets a layup blocked, then beaten on a back door.
Is playing like shit. Is that 4 turnovers already for him?
Jtr has a long way to go if he wants to continue the streak of NBA point guards
Spike > WJr
Levert needs to get off the court. Now.
Kind of looks like we're getting stuffed at the hoop a lot.
When we play minnesota the game always seems to go a million miles an hour. I love watching these two teams play each other. Of course it was more fun last year when we were good.
He is a liability on both ends right now.
Levert needs to sit
How the fuck was Jordan Morgan a viable starter for almost 3 years?
To start Gavin Groningen and Leland Anderson. Perspective, brother, is a wonderful thing!
Nothing coming easy on the offensive end of the court right now, gonna have to clamp down and D and try to run.
GRIII is finally looking like a Lottery pick to me.
There's some B-list actor that looks exactly like Richard Pitino and I can't put a name on it
From the Big Bang Theory, I've been thinking the same thing every time they show him.
GRIII, hope he can take command of the team/game.
Making some poor decisions with the ball early on. Clean it up offensively and play with some direction and we'll be OK.
1/5 and 4 turnovers. Why is he not on the bench. When he is off he is way off.
All things considered, not the worst start ever. For the first B10 game, on the road, I'm content being down 4 at the 12 minute mark.
GR3 getting vocal is a nice sign - dude likes him some basketball at the Barn.
Why does my btn2go keep muting when it comes back from commercial?
Seeing Eliason having success only because he has a massive body is pissing me off way more than it should be.
Yet it doesn't seem to do much for Bielfeldt...
That was a beautiful 2-3 offensive possession. JB, people, JB.
Apparently the B1G refs are not going to call any sort of hand checking. Also, Levert looks like he has no idea what he's doing.
It really needs to be in the freaking site header during basketball season: there is no such thing as a B1G basketball official. Unlike football, conferences do not employ their own officiating crews for basketball.
Okay, so, then ... the refs officiating Big Ten games aren't going to call hand checking apparently.
I think their pressure really put him on tilt. He plays kind of frantic to beign with and it seems like the pressure forced him out of control.
This game started very much like a Tommy Amaker game. Turnovers and not being able to set shots, so they shoot up miracles.
But the last few minutes looks better. Hopefully they keep it up.
Nice run to get back in it, right up until that phantom foul.
Is it bad that I feel no emotion toward this game? This football season has sucked the life out of me as a Michigan fan.
Nice pass from Stauskas
I didn't realize that Nate Silver was coaching the Minnesota basketball team.
Win the internet. I was trying to thinking a way to....oh never mind
Or if Nate Silver and Nick Cage had a baby. THe upper half of his face looks like Nick Cage.
