They do indeed. FSD put up a stat that pretty much says it all. Through the first 30 games, Michigan was 10-18-2. Over their last eight they're 7-0-1.

No. Michigan is ineligible for an at-large bid. If they do not win the CCHA tournament, they will have a sub-.500 record, and a couple years ago the NCAA put in a rule stating that no team under .500 is eligible for an at-large bid.
