This is, yet again, on Beilein. Inbounding and fouling on purpose when winning by three when the other team needs a three. That is fundamental coaching and Beilein just doesn't get those aspects. I do not understand how, either.

Game is over. Northwestern has a coach that isn't clueless at the end of the game. This season is over and Beilein deserves a ton of blame now.

Up by 6 with under 20 seconds and we lose. Totally sucks, but coaches often don't foul and don't look like idiots because opposing players rarely drain two ridiculous three pointers to end the game. Easy to say he should've fouled, but way too many people are critical of Coach B considering he's taken it to some of the best teams in the country this year (Wisconsin, Villanova, Maryland) with a depleted team. I'd trade this season for the past two any day. Hail Coach Beilein!

Even before the injuries, this team was absolute crap. Maybe give him one more year, but if we miss the tournament next year, then he needs to go. He is so dumb at the end of the games.

Why, because I don't blow our BB coach regardless of his mistakes after one good tournament run?  He's been awful this year, and his piss-poor recruiting doesn't bode well for the next two years either.  He needs to step it up.  I'm sick of this shit.

Do you want me to agree? Yes, the freshmen have been underwhelming at times. We would have lost in regulation if it weren't for Dawkins. I wish we could bet on the next two years because you apparently are ignoring how well we've been able to improve our players year to year.

His late game management has been absolutely terrible.  I'm a fan of fouling up 3 with less than 5 seconds left and he chose not to do it twice which is just bad coaching.  He took a team with 5 NBA players to the championship game, i'm starting to believe there are quite a few coaches who could have done that.  Great offensive coach, bad defensive coach, and aweful at late game management.

 

Also his 2 foul rule in the first half has to go.

reanimated it, ripped it to shreds and fired the remains out of a cannon. 

And fucking horse fucking shit Time Warner kept freezing during this fucking abomination. 

I thought we wouldn't win going into the game, but to lose this way, JFC. 

I don't even think it was the problem tonight, but we always start into our inbounds play too soon, which ruins the cuts. 

And FOR FUCK'S SAKE call that fucking timeout if you're not certain there, and then foul the fucking guy before he drains a three. 

Just brutal. 

My dog is having a fucking seizure. Thanks, world.
