MICHIGAN WINS!!! Now all that's left is for MSU to choke against tOSU and us to take care of business against PSU! GO BLUE!!!

Up tonight. From what it sounds like is going on down in Champaign, that team showed up and played a decent game. I was afraid of a tire-fire showing up but they brought it together and represented themselves well on Sr. Night.  Good game Michigan.  It all boils down to Sunday! Go Blue.

Great win, but I'm concerned over Morgan's shoulder, he really seemed to be favoring it at the end of the game.  If your Belien, do you contemplate sitting him agains PSU to get ready for the upcoming tournaments?

Bias.... Uh.... I mean Bilas usually gets a bad rap around here (and much if it is well earned). Overall though he seems to have finally gotten over the "You fired my best friend" meme that annoyed so many of us for about three years following the overdue ousting of Coach Tommy. I have to say though, he is one of the better analysts and seems to now have genuine respect for Coach B and what he has done in A2.

on how well we played on the road after they kept the game so close in the 2nd half. Wow first win there in 17 years and now 14 straight wins after a loss 4th best streak in the nation in that catergory. And best part of this we can still get that share we all so very badly want since I was 6 in 1986.

72-61 final. Good win on the road. If Hardaway and Burke play the way they played today, we can be very dangerous in the tournament. With that said, I can not believe I am saying this, but lets go bucks! If we can get a share of the B1G title, I will be ecstatic but we need to take care of penn state first.

Excellent performance from THJ throughout the game. Smot, ugh. Major regression from last year. He continues to pick up bad fouls and even looks lost sometimes in the offensive rhythm.

How would we win the tie breaker?  If they beat MSU and we beat PSU.. we have same conf record.  1-1 against OSU, and they have a better overall record.  So i doubt it

6/7 FG     4/4 3pt. FG    9/10 FT    11 Rebs     25 Pts - Tim Hardaway Jr.

7/13 FG     2/3 3pt FG     5/6 FT     5 Ast    21 Pts - Trey Burke

Those are College Basketball "stars" stat lines.  Very good game by those two.  The others left a bit to be desired for, but when you have 40+ pts from two players, the rest of the team doesn't need to accel as much.  But they did play as a team and won as a team with the aforementioned stars leading the way.

(Team, 21/23 FT.  This would be nice to see more of; not just getting to the line but making them).

We have been shooting the ball well the last 6 or 7 games, but we still seem to stand around and look at each other an awful lot. I'd like to see us move more. I don't think we will continue shooting this well for the duration. I HOPE we do, but I doubt it.

So this is the game I missed.  (Why couldn't I have missed the Purdue one?)  All I have to say is, it's about damn time we won down there.  I can remember 3 different times we lost there by 2, including last year.  I remember one game down there under Amaker where we played a flawless first half and led by 16 at the break only to end up losing by 4.  Finally a win.

For those who got to watch the game, were the Illini students wearing their Muck Fichigan t-shirts?  They always wear them when we play them in football.

If Timmy is going to come alive now, it's a darn good time. If he's hot, we'll be hard to beat for ANYONE.

Edit: Also wanted to mention that it's good to see Colton Christian accruing some stats. I'd nearly written that guy off. 2 points on 1-1 shooting, a block, a TO and a Foul in 7 minutes ain't much, but at least he did as much good as he did harm, and didn't look totally out of place. Good to see.
