I used RealPlayer - it grabs and converts any video off youtube, and it's not sketchy. The best ones to start with are Boyz in da Pahokee's "Michigan Offense/Defense vs. [opponent] Every Snap" videos that he makes for every game. You can also pull videos off mgoblue.com and espn and local news and newspaper sites.
