Michigan Hockey NCAA Tourney vs. Miami Open Thread

Almost that time. Basketball is all but over, now time for the important sport (you know, the one we're good at!). It was a lot of fun last night...hopefully even more so tonight. Go Blue, beat the Redhawks!!

Seriously, I think what happened is that every school contributes $X to some big referee party fund to keep the refs happy... Michigan's being ethical this year and refused to contribute... refs have decided they hate Michigan.

You don't get negbanged because you are right on half your post: we can't adjust.

But are we watching the same game? Did you see the check into our bench? FROM BEHIND. BOARDING. No call.

Did you see the Miami players on the bench taking shots at our skaters alongside the boards?

Did you see the fact that they are referees and thus they inherently SUCK?

As I said, Michigan needs to ADJUST.

But there is plenty of room to accuse bias when obvious calls are being missed in front of referees- all disadvantaging Michigan. I'm not complaining about "ticky tack" penalties being called on us- I'm complaining about obvious calls not being made on them.

I honestly never thought I'd feel this way... but after watching 2 periods of these hack officials, I miss shegos... at least with shegos its shitty all around... I'd be amazed if one of these refs wasn't a miami grad

Tied 2-2 after 2 periods, while playing 5 on 9

I don't get why Sean Ritchlin is such a dope. Did he not win two national championships at Michigan? Is he just overcompensating in trying to remove bias?

...whaddya think about playing RIT in the Frozen Four semis?

Well, they're a tough team that's on a hot streak. Great young goaltender, cinderella story, we'll do our homework. [Ha ha ha, we get RIT! We're back in the championship game, f#$@ yeah!!!]
