Is Peppers going to have an opportunity to be special?
...so that we can enjoy his greatness this season (2016) and next season (2017). Pray that we win at least one National Championship in that time span...
And I don't want to look too far ahead but he might become the frontrunner for the 2017 Heisman if he returns for his redshirt junior season. 2016 is a loaded group with Watson, McCaffrey, Fournette, Cook, etc.
I think it will mostly depend on where Jabrill is with his academics. If he needs another semester or two to graduate, I think he'll return (like Jourdan Lewis did).
But I expect the outlook of the team to factor into his decision as well. Does Butt or Lewis return if Michigan isn't a national contedner this season?
Butt and Lewis are seniors. That may actually play a big factor because the DL, CB, S, OL, and WR positions will be breaking in new players.
He stated that he's getting his degree before he leaves at one time I believe? Wonder if he is all set to graduate in May? Sorry Pep but take your time kid! It's only a couple million. Once you have 10 million and are smart with your money, who in the hell cares after that! Not me.
In terms of pure football excitement. Regardless of his return, thinking 2016 will be very special year for this young man. Feel very fortunate to have been able to watch Mr. Robinson and Mr. Peppers both play for the Maize and Blue.

While I do think this series is fun to compare and reminisce about past players, that 30 for 30 day video series leading up to the first game from mgoblue.com was comparable to what I suspect the euphoria of crack is like, especially this time of year.
Don't get me wrong, HTTV is great for the beach or coffee table but I really loved the anticipation of seeing a new video every day whether it was 1-2 minutes of player bio background or the juicy 3-4 minute practice sessions. Harbaugh just keeps me hanging on...
I liked that segment, not only for the interesting comparison of Peppers to Crable but for some of the nostalgia in the clips, not the least of which was the Bowens one - I had almost forgotten he could leap tall people in a single bound on his way to create bad news for someone.
Really liking this series so far.
Maybe it's just the #5 and the swagger, but watching Jabrill with the ball realy reminds me of Reggie Bush when he was at USC.
