Michigan is Favored!

Gotcha!! What did you think I was talking about? Michigan is favored........but, not in the way you think. They are favored next week to win the Old Spice Classic. According to sportsbook.com, UM is 3/1 favorites to win that tourney. Co-favorites really as Xavier is also 3/1....Xavier and UM could play in the semifinals if both win the opener. Florida State is 4/1 to win. Place your bets, I guess. And, if anyone wants to dig deeper into Michigan and the chances of the other Big 10 teams during Feast Week, I try and project how many wins the league will notch during the course of the week over at the JCB.

But what I really want to see is Michigan against Baylor in the finals. I loved Ekpe when he was here and I can't wait to see what kind of player he is now. I'll be down there next week for these games. Anyone have poster ideas for me since pretty much everyone gets on TV in the Milk House? Look for me...I'll be the one in maize.

No great poster ideas other than a generic incorporation of Disney World. I'll be there too and hopefully taking my little brother to his first Michigan game in any sport if I can drag him away from the Magic Kingdom. We'll be the ones in the matching maize Manny Harris jerseys. I won't be there Sunday as I am leaving Saturday to avoid traveling on Sunday and to go to the away volleyball game at Penn State.

Your big novel you've been working on for 3 years? Huh? Gotta, gotta compelling protaganist? Yeah? Gotta obstacle for him to overcome? Huh? Gotta story brewing there? Working on, working on that for quite some time? Huh? Yea, talking about that 3 years ago. Been working on that the whole time? Nice little narrative? Beginning, middle, and end? Some friends become enemies, some enemies become friends? At the end your main character is richer from the experience? Yeah? Yeah? No, no, you deserve some time off.
