I loved it when Tate hugged RichRod, and then hugged Shoelace after the final TD. Still couldn't believe that RichRod put in Devin!

FUCK YES two years in a row about to have a heart attack in the final minute, but I couldnt ask for anything better!!

Let's Go Blue!
September 11th, 2010 at 7:30 PM ^
this was another battle for who'd get to put this in their history books. we win, with another last second drive again. 4 of the last 5. go blue!
nd's gonna be a good squad under kelly.
September 11th, 2010 at 7:31 PM ^
He topped last week's performance...
521 yards of total offense (244 passing, 277 rushing)
1 passing TD, no INTs
2 rushing TDs
September 11th, 2010 at 7:32 PM ^
I wont joke, Denard might actually win 3 Heismans if he doesnt get hurt..
All that aside, every single ND fan going with the "yeah you beat us but not really becasue Crist was out" is not going to take away the fact that denard put up 500 yds on their D.
Ive got such a shoelace boner right now its ridiculous
September 11th, 2010 at 7:45 PM ^
that we had two freshmen beat their highly hyped QB last season. No excuses.
September 11th, 2010 at 7:51 PM ^
Due to server lag........
September 11th, 2010 at 7:51 PM ^
Also remind them that their first TD doesn't count.

I don't know how you write that but me too.
September 11th, 2010 at 7:34 PM ^
I don't care what the UFR numbers say, I am so proud of the way our defense played today... so much heart!
September 11th, 2010 at 7:39 PM ^
Gordon's numbers are going to be ugly (he's responsible for almost 1/3 of ND's 540 yards on 3 plays), everyone else bad, but not awful.
September 11th, 2010 at 7:43 PM ^
yup. the big hits don't make up for the bad, bad losses. well, we all said we would need to outgun opponents. that was a shootout.
September 11th, 2010 at 7:54 PM ^
Jonas, and Obi looked IMO. Kovacs was talked up, Secondary did a good job on Floyd, I wish we would of had a better pass rush though wtf, Crist had all day

That is assuming they don't just let him into the NFL after he wins his first this year
September 11th, 2010 at 7:35 PM ^
Our penalties killed us.. Over 100 yards of fucking PENALTIES? After last week we gave up 1 penalty? WTF
Omameh gave up 45 yards in just his penalties alone? seriously what the hell?
I know its only the second game but god damn give them more chances to win with all the late fuckin hits we gave up holy shit.. i counted at least 3 late hits.
Im glad we won, but damn we looked awful other than denard running. His passing was meh, but ND played good D
September 11th, 2010 at 7:37 PM ^
Have a drink. Enjoy the win. Be concerned later.
September 11th, 2010 at 7:40 PM ^
the late hits are unexcusable, but the holdings are probably due to facing better athletes.
September 11th, 2010 at 7:48 PM ^
That last late hit was kind of a bullshit call, though.
September 11th, 2010 at 7:53 PM ^
No question, that late hit was bullshit. CC pushed his man out right as he was at the line and he was already running that way. I swear late hits should only count if you could have stopped yourself/reacted in time to stop.
September 11th, 2010 at 7:44 PM ^
Just like what Coach Rod says enjoy for 24 hrs then lets dissect.
September 11th, 2010 at 7:47 PM ^
Yes.
Omameh, cmon let's step it up.
But in regards to Denard's passing: 'you're only as good as your last game' as they say. 5/5, flawless, composed final drive was incredible.
September 11th, 2010 at 7:35 PM ^
Over to NDNation for a little schadenfreude! No commenting, just enjoying their pain. Love it.
September 11th, 2010 at 7:36 PM ^
I've never been more exhausted from watching other people play football in my entire life. Rest assured we had a stereo + singing student rendition of "The Victors" here on the 4th floor of West Quad! Go Blue!

Great Game!!
September 11th, 2010 at 7:43 PM ^
YAAAAAAAAY!!! I my shirt is so stretched out from pulling it over my head when things got too stressful. I can't handle these close games. So glad that we pulled out the win.
September 11th, 2010 at 7:39 PM ^
Don't forget his punting yards!!!

September 11th, 2010 at 7:39 PM ^
I think I might have been sweating as much as the players.
September 11th, 2010 at 7:41 PM ^
I am still so ridiculous pumped. Once this wears I will be emotionally exhausted. Kelly is going to be tough but I'll take any wins we can get in South Bend!!!
September 11th, 2010 at 7:42 PM ^
well, I can't say enough about Denard Robinson, great great game, over 500 yards in total offense, I would love to give him an Oscar, Grammy and Heisman for what he did today. Denard, I love u Man!!
On the other hand the defense (definitely with the exception of that 95 yard touchdown pass! and that Personal foul with 6 seconds to go!), did a really good job, holding ND to 7 points in the first half, getting 3 Turnovers (I love Kovacs for that INT!) and helping Michigan get the W.
Wide Receivers did a great job, they did more than enough to help this team win today. O-Line with the exception of a couple of critical holds did super super great to give the lanes to denard and giving him enough time in the pocket to pass.
I do think Michigan could've capitalized in the first half and could've gotten a couple more scores. But who cares a W is a W, and I love this Maize and Blue Team.
The weakest link was Gibbons the kicker, he just flat out missed twice, a major reason why ND was in it late, could've won it for us early, but I guess everything happens for a reason, made the win so much sweeter to wait till the last second to win!!
HAIL TO THE VICTORS, and Go Blue BABY!!

I'm the happiest person on the planet right now. But I feel drained. This is exactly how I felt after last years ND game and the triple overtime win over Sparty. I want to run and scream but I'm afraid I'll pass out if I try.
I don't have any voice left either. But I don't care. I'm happy!
GO BLUE!!!!!!!!
