Michigan could be taking 4 receivers
I was on nj.com, since I live there, and found an article about recent offeree Canteen. In the article they say Michigan will be taking 2 more receivers. Thoughts?

Because recruiting sites like Rivals and Scout have only been a thing since like 2002, but I would say Drew Henson, no question.
If we're talking just about receivers, it has to be David Terrell. Darryl Stonum was also pretty highly rated (#7 WR by Rivals, #12 by Scout).
Pretty sure Terrell was the #1 WR in his year, but ratings were not so sophistcated or widespread then.
I'm usually only there to check out stuff on my high school (St. Peter's Prep, where Jon Hilliman '14 and Minkah Fitzpatrick '15 are from) and stuff about Rutgers. It's decent, some die hard fans there who say some dumb things, but they love the school so I can't really complain. It's the only thing that ever talks about Rutgers sports (recruiting and all).
I see a career / business opportunity for some enterprising Rutgers fan: RGoBlog.
Not to be confused with the angry Iranian blog about Hollywood films: ArgoBlog?
Pretty poor offer list for a 4 star on Rivals...
How is it a poor offer list? Michigan is on there.
DT was a 5 Star, Walker was a 4 Star I believe. The 1998 recruiting class was huge at the time.
And also was more than 15 years ago.
Didn't want to get too semantical but you have to recruit the players before they graduate. We are now recruiting for 2014 and 2015. More to the point, I think OP had precisely David Terrell in mind when asking his question.
I believe Sam Webb just pulled a Corso on twitter and said the WR # is still at 3.
For the board's reference, if you search Rivals for wide receivers as yet uncommitted but with Michigan offers for the 2014 class, you get 11 names, several of which have been discussed here extensively :
WR | Josh Malone | 4 stars |
WR | Jalen Brown | 4 stars |
WR | Malachi Dupre | 4 stars |
WR | Mark Andrews | 4 stars |
WR | Artavis Scott | 4 stars |
WR | Saeed Blacknall | 4 stars |
WR | K.J. Williams | 4 stars |
WR | Corey Holmes | 4 stars |
WR | Juwann Winfree | 4 stars |
WR | Freddy Canteen | 4 stars |
WR | Isaiah McKenzie | 3 stars |
I will say that I was a little surprised that the list was this short, but if one is talking about taking two more WRs from a list which is almost exclusively 4-stars, it's not a bad position at all.
