That Duluth goal last year was brutal. You could see it coming for like 3 or 4 minutes when we couldnt clear the zone.

I've seen a lot of comments on here about Cornell playing the MSU fight song, and I wanted to clear that up. There are two parts in their fight song that are nearly identical to MSU's (especially the "fight for the only colors" part), but they are definitely not playing MSU's fight song.
Hearing it did get the team (and fans) fired up, though! The music nerd in me had to go check it out.

What's the point of the camera on the Zamboni? It's cool seeing the tire meeting ice and all, but actually not. About as great as the sky-cam in basketball.

It's been a really good game. I've been watching it since I have no access to the hockey game--other than the much-appreciated vicarious enjoyment via this thread, of course. UK is starting to pull away though.
