Michigan basketball vs Ohio Open Thread [Come on back if you want]

Submitted by San Diego Mick on

Okay folks, the time is almost here, big game, big opportunity to make a statement.

BEAT ohio!!!!

Edit: Party moves to the other thread: Michigan basketball vs Ohio Open Thread (2nd half). I'll open this one up again after the game finishes, I just can't follow both at this pace on my own. JGB.

Apologies for any problems this caused. Like I said, I just couldn't do both at the same time. Comments back on about twelve minutes after being disrupted.

defensive game plan.  deny thomas the fucking ball.  then he can't score.  the defense is sagging on him, then let's him do whatever the hell he wants once he gets the ball.

A total gack on nat'l TV with the #1 ranking on the line is not a possibility I had seriously considered. Did someone spike our Gatorade with cough syrup?

Burke is playing awful. Getting trapped off the hedge, not getting a hand up on Craft, dribbling without a purpose ... not good. Hardaway has to step up. OSU's plan is obviously to stop Burke and double over the top of the screens. McGary & Morgan are wide open off the screen & roll but Burke is too short to find a passing lane.

Trey Burke dribbles for fifteen seconds then we turn the ball over. We need to run the offense through the wings if Burke can't beat Craft. This reminds me of all my least favorite things about last year. Hardaways our second option but he can't create for himself because of his weak handle. OSU may just continue to be built to beat our team the way we've struggled against them.
