Something lost in the excitement tonight is that Michigan won in Illinois last year for the first time in forever. This year they only followed that up by handing Illinois their worst home loss ever. Illinois might not be awesome this year, but they had just won 3 in a row (including a win at Breslin) and held 4 straight opponents under 50 points. We broke that streak in the first half.
