The means weren't good but considering this is on the road and the level of defense that was played I'll take down four. Starting this half Michigan has to pick it back up and start playing better. Hopefully some of this is a rest issue, 5 games in 14 days, but this is not the same team as a couple of weeks ago. Let's see what happens. I do think there's an opportunity to get beter as the season progresses.

Not a big deal...keep playing the same defense and forcing them to make 3's and there is no way we play that bad on offense again.
We missed 6 layups, some free throws, 2 wide open 3's and 3 wide open 2's.
We cold realistically be up 10...we shouldn't be, because we're playing like shit. But we easily could be if we simply play Michigan Basketball on offense.

that he insisted on going to the MSU game, but Beilein said that was it... they're worried he'll re-traumatize himself running up & down on the sidelines.
I was hoping he'd be able to travel for this game, tho.
