Michigan Baseball Open Thread
The #5 seed Michigan Wolverines take on the #1 seed Indiana Hoosies tonight in the Big Ten Tournament. Indiana beat #8 Iowa 5-2 yesterday while Michigan beat #4 Minnesota 3-2 with a 3-run Home Run by Travis Maezes being Michigan's only source of income. Michigan has lost to Indiana twice but beaten them once. Indiana is good but Michigan can win if we play well. Brett Adcock will be on the mound for Michigan.
Also, Nebraska just beat Sparty 3-2 to advance. Iowa beat Minnesota 2-1 to knock out Minnesota and Illinois edged out Ohio State 6-5 to knock out the Buckeyes. If Michigan wins we play the winner of Indiana-Iowa while if we lose we play Iowa..

Don't we play Iowa if we lose?
Yes, loser plays Iowa.
This fucking sucks.
This game is going to end at 2am and I have to get up 6.
Oh well.
Enjoy the game.
Stay up and watch the game.
On the Friday before Memorial Day when I was a senior in high school, I drove up to Mount Pleasant to watch Michigan baseball play Temple in the NCAA regionals.
The game was rained out.
all nighter. You're a senior and it's a friday.
Not like I'm doing anything tomorrow anyways.
The brilliant politicians think the people who do show up are actually going to do something on the extra day they added due to the excess snow days we had.
Today was senior skip day and from what I've heard, the place was empty.
Apparently, if there isn't 75% (LOL) tomorrow, they're going to add another day for the non-seniors. Good luck with that one.
handle the situation and they think the kids need to go to school to get smarter.
I finished high school two years ago today. It's kinda depressing to think it's already been two years when it seems like yesterday.
Weather/Jim Delany putting it out there/one hour buffer between games.
First pitch is 10:57.
Adcock is getting the start.
Well the New york rangers just scored to tie up the game.
have no historical significance that I'm aware of. In 1978 Michigan wore traditional uniforms
Rick Leach and they didn't change much over the next couple decades.
Nebraska wore their awful home version of these last night. Its an Addidas thing
Live stats have Adcock with 44 pitches through 3 and Morris with 42.
