The #5 seed Michigan Wolverines take on the #1 seed Indiana Hoosies tonight in the Big Ten Tournament.  Indiana beat #8 Iowa 5-2 yesterday while Michigan beat #4 Minnesota 3-2 with a 3-run Home Run by Travis Maezes being Michigan's only source of income.  Michigan has lost to Indiana twice but beaten them once.  Indiana is good but Michigan can win if we play well.  Brett Adcock will be on the mound for Michigan.

Also, Nebraska just beat Sparty 3-2 to advance.  Iowa beat Minnesota 2-1 to knock out Minnesota and Illinois edged out Ohio State 6-5 to knock out the Buckeyes.  If Michigan wins we play the winner of Indiana-Iowa while if we lose we play Iowa..

This fucking sucks.

This game is going to end at 2am and I have to get up 6.

Oh well.

Stay up and watch the game.

On the Friday before Memorial Day when I was a senior in high school, I drove up to Mount Pleasant to watch Michigan baseball play Temple in the NCAA regionals.

The game was rained out.

Not like I'm doing anything tomorrow anyways.

The brilliant politicians think the people who do show up are actually going to do something on the extra day they added due to the excess snow days we had.

Today was senior skip day and from what I've heard, the place was empty.

Apparently, if there isn't 75% (LOL) tomorrow, they're going to add another day for the non-seniors. Good luck with that one.

These are cookie cutter uniforms. I love adidas but these are fucking awful. The bigger LOL is MDen charging over $100 for that thing.

have no historical significance that I'm aware of.  In 1978 Michigan wore traditional uniforms

Rick Leach and they didn't change much over the next couple decades.

Nebraska wore their awful home version of these last night.  Its an Addidas thing

Ok I have to be honest here as a huge wolverine fan (have followed the football, basketball and hockey team religiously for near a decade) this is the first baseball game I have really paid attention to. Before today it was simply a team I checked in on but for some reason after the softball win (yes I have paid some attention to the softball team, usually post season only but this year throughout) I felt inclined to track the baseball game on the gametracker as well. Now I'm done work and about an hour deep at bar (6+ beers) I am very depressed following this game.
