“The player development is the main thing I like (about Michigan),” Williams said. “You can see that they develop their players. They get them in the gym and they work them hard. And their hard work pays off.”
We'd be better off asking the refs to let them out of the box early.
we look discombobulated. C'mon boys, get it together.
Am I the only one who wishes you could decline penalties in hockey? It is not fun to watch. MSU controlled the puck longer than U-M did on about half of U-M's power plays tonight.
but I'm not really sure they even belong in the tournament. They're just not very good.
I'm torn on your comment. At the surface, couldn't agree more.
Where the hell are Caporusso and Wohlberg? This team needs a couple steady (and heady) players, and they're woefully lacking.
But there are flashes of brilliance. Maybe it's youth and lack of leadership, but they're playing on 4 cylinders.
TEAM LEADERSHIP - The coaches can only coach so much. You need a leader in the locker room to step up and take the reins. I thought Summers would be the leader this year, but from what I've heard and seen that's not the case.
This team is unbelievably talented, but they lack the on-ice leadership they so greatly desire. Don't give up on them until it's over. This team has the capability and firepower to beat any team in the nation.
