Just fyi guys - Lunardi is like the brand name bracketologist based on who he works for.  His track record versus a lot of other bracketologists is actually very average.  Due to his "brand" (ESPN) he gets all the hype (and Palm is average too).  Some of these smaller sites in that bracketmatrix have a far better record at picking things correctly.  Of those almost all the ones i looked at have UM on the 2 line playing in the South or West, opening in Milwaukee or Buffalo.  (UF or AZ as the #1 seeds)

It's super easy to predict what teams are in or out every year... you can get 64 of 68 teams just by glancing through the end of the season. Last year over half of the matrix picked all 68 teams correctly and over 80% had 67 of 68 teams.

How teams will be seeded is much more delicate and takes some degree of reverse-engineering how the NCAA committee is going to decide things that year.

Lunardi is not a revered name among bracketologists. View http://www.bracketmatrix.com/rankings.html for the guys who get it right at a much higher level.

I would love that bracket for us.  Of all the #1 seeds, Florida is who I would most like to be paired up with.  Same goes for Virginia and the #3 seeds.  Even the lower seeded teams in the region are more favorable matchups IMO.

Sorry if this has been discussed a lot in other threads, but what do you think are the possibilities of Michigan getting a 1 seed IF: A) Michigan win the BTT  B) Kansas and 'Nova don't win their conference tourneys.

I think someone from CBS yesterday mentioned it a possibility.
