Clearly 2,000 was much too conservative an estimate on my part.
To be fair, the sideline views don't look bad. It's only when they show the crowd behind the baskets that you can see how empty the building is.
That upper deck isn't even lit up. I suppose that makes a certain amount of sense (less lights equals less energy and $$ consumed) if ticket sales are light for one game or another.

Why can't we ever run our offense on the last possession of the first half? It happens every game. I don't get it.

Burke fouled on that over and back, but besides that it seems like this team stops running offense once it gets up by big margins.

I'd agree with that. If Michigan makes the tournament finals, they have a solid shot at a number 2 seed. A tournament championship probably makes them a lock for a 2 seed. OSU has struggled so much down the stretch that they may not be able to hold onto their 2 seed if Michigan beats them in the tourney--which would open up that spot for Michigan.
