Ya know...these losses really suck, but I'll be damned if this team never stops trying. Next year is going to be really fun, assuming everyone eligible comes back, of course.

From the corner to tie. Can't really ask for anything more. This is why you can't miss 2 easy layups and give up 4orebs to guards with under 7 to play. Fn a another brutal way to lose. 3 times in last 4

outrebounded by 10 by one of the smallest teams in the BIG.  that and those couple missed easy layups cost us the game.  they could have stolen this one.

No reason Walton should try and come back this season. He should just rest up and get ready for next season. It doesn't matter what sport it is or who the coach is, Michigan has never been able to close out games. Glad I was at work and didn't waste my time on this crap.

Damn. Missed a great opportunity there. Without the 5-7 points they're always spotted for some home cookin' we could have walked out of there with an enjoyable win.

During the game, I saw something in Chatman that let me know he is nowhere near ready for this level of basketball: he ended up in a one-on-one situation with Yogi on the arc and his legs were shaking like a newborn giraffe. He was all shook up and Yogi hadn't even done anything with the ball yet. It seemed like a microcosm of his whole season. "Oh, God, what do I do?" is the caption that would appear below a .gif of that moment.

Actually I think he held his ground on that brief Yogi possession.  Twice I think Yogi made a move to get around but Chatman moved his feet and kept Yogi in front and forced him to remain on the perimeter and pass the ball off briefly.

If this team can put up effort like we saw today against Indiana (upper tier team, on the road), there is no reason we shouldn't believe we can make something happen in the B1G tournament and possibly get a bid at the NCAA's.
