Alex Briones deserves D1 consideration. I've said it in the other thread, but Briones is an AP All State QB and I've heard rumblings MSU has contacted him.
He's a good sized kid that's mobile enough and has a really good arm. I think he's got potential.

The Miners are no slouch, they have battled Ishpeming in some classic games lately. Negaunee had a resepectable game in the quarterfinals vs (ugh) Ithaca.

Hands down, best player on the field today. Has good size and mobility, and plays a physical style of football. Seems as though he'd easily get himself a free ride to play college football somewhere.

I hope the rumors up here that MSU has interest turn out to be flapjacks. I think this is a kid Dantonio would turn into a monster...he's got the size and ability to be QB/TE maybe even LB.
