You know, I don't have any negative emotions for the Penn State players. Their fans, their administration, sure. Their coaches I feel mostly amused contempt for. It's a shame we had to completely destroy the souls of PSU's team to make their fans sad. Wait, no it's not a shame. It's delicious. Fuck Penn State.

When Harbaugh went for it on fourth and seven, my immediate thought was: "Holy shit.  Harbaugh knows he can do whatever he wants against this team. This is the ultimate show of disrespect."

If I were one of their fans, I would be mortified that any opposing coach would feel he can go for it on fourth and seven with utter impunity.

The ND thing is really strange to me. They have been recruiting very well and it's not like Kelly doesn't have a track record of success. There's absolutely no reason they should be this bad.

has the same problem we had for awhile, because they're Notre Dame their recruits get higher rankings.  Actually its been that way for ND recruits for a very long time going back to the 1980's when Tom Lemming and known ND fan started his high school players rankings and basically fostered the industry

 

I watch ND and I don't see the wealth of talent their rankings say they have.  ON the other hand, its been very clear they can't coach a defensive backfield for a few years now and they have been nowhere near as sharp as a well coached team should be elsewhere.

With the going for it on the fourth downs.  I kinda wondered if that was Harbaugh just also being angry at Penn St and all their delusional fans and in his head being like,  ..."fuck it.. I'm going to pound them into dust and never let up on them."  I loved every second of it.
