Also we are looking to sponsor a tailgate every week this fall and the winning tailgate get some customized shirts for their tailgate, now we have to follow licensing guides so we can't print "Greatest University of Michigan Tailgate ever" but my idea was a maize shirt with the word "Tailgate" on the front however we have a template that replaces the "g" in tailgate with a standard blue football helmet and in the back maybe have a tailgate roster like Bobby - the grillmaster or Chet - Cornhole champ or something along those lines. Also had an idea of having a "if found return to tailgate" and a map to the tailgate.
Any thoughts or ideas to make this better keeping in mind licensing restrictions??
I know of a tailgate at AAG&O that could use some new t-shirts this year as the t-shirt designer/manufacturer has retired. You'll need to provide at least one shirt without sleeves.
I like the "if found, please return" idea. It could also be something very simple as "Moe's Official Tailgate" on the front with a roster of the tailgates on the back.
I am sure that the collective creativity and brainpower on this blog will be able to come up with some great ideas. I am sure they will be better than some of the designs I came up with over the last 11 years!
