I won/bought the round for 4 @ UM golf course from the Kinesiology School Pat Malloy Scholarship auction. First week in July, I will be flying my son up from Atanta for this and bringing two biz partners over who are both ND alums and don't understand how UM is superior in every way to ND. Should be a memorable afternoon watching the sunset from the 18th tee.
What's your favorite hotel in AA? All suggestions appreciated. Former Oakland County guy who always stays with friends when in SE Michigan so clueless. All input appreciated.

once in a lifetime experience - not looking to wast money, but this is not the time to scrimp. lifetime memory for a father & son to showcase a university experience they revere,
Probably the Campus Inn. I'm not a big fan of the Bell Tower Inn.
Also, weirdly, there is a hotel in the League. I don't know how to get rooms there, but it is nice. We stayed there during the West Quad flood of 06. Of course, you could try to spend the night at the Tri-Delt house.
There is usually room at the Tri-Delt house because on most nights they are sleeping two guys to a room.
I last rented a hotel room in AA - 1990 @ the Sheraton Briarwood for my bro-in-law's wedding. Lots of time has passed. Unless the Tri Delts are looking for a housedddy, my guess is i'm not staying there.
Will check out Michigan League - awesome suggestion
Campus Inn or Inn at the Michigan League as was mentioned above.
... convenient to everything.
if you google, then details emerge. have made a res. thanks markgoblue.
GO BLUE!
For you and your son? Campus Inn. For your business partners? There's a Red Roof Inn somewhere by Briarwood, possibly with a shuttle service.
Provided you don't mind all the homeless hanging around and bedding with a lot of holes, you can always stay at the ever classy Embassy downtown: http://www.showhotel.com/others/embassy/
is nice but not on campus. Has nice restaurant in it as well.
