MGoBlueShop.com Order Still Not Shipped?!
So, I know all you guys remember that sale that happened on mgoblueshop.com on about 4/15 (thats when my order was placed). My order is still processing.
So my question is, has anyone received their order and or an update?
many have received their orders while some have suffered similar problems. contact mgoblueshop.com's customer service.
i got mine a while ago but if you still haven't i'd send them an email. they were very good about getting back to me quickly and helpfully.
I ordered stuff last Friday and still haven't gotten an email confirming my order. I contacted them on Tuesday about it and haven't heard back. I am going to call them on Monday. Hopefully it all works out. I am just glad I am not the only one having problems.
My order arrived about three weeks later.
Ordered another on 5/21 and got it yesterday.
They are not quick.
My order took a while, but did get here. Check to see if your cc has been charged.
It took me less than a week to get my order. I actually forgot I even ordered something. Good thing I received it or else I wouldn't even notice.
Sounds like this operation doesn't quite have its act together. I browsed through both sales and, while the prices were great, wasn't overly impressed with the offerings.
