Ed took over all this interview and other materiel to cover. I like Ed since I live in Kalamazoo where he was the sports reporter for WWMT as previously mentioned. I liked him then and now like him even more while he covers Michigan exclusively.

So a quick question for you - Where you work, is there anyone college educated who doesn't ever speak up in meetings? Who when they do speak in larger groups, you can't hear them? Or they speak in 2 and 3 word sentences?

Where I work, half the people or more are like that. It's not that they are stupid, just very uncomfortable speaking in groups larger than 2 or 3. I think some non-trivial part of my own limited professional success is being able to talk to groups of 10, 20, 100 people about technical topics, answer questions, and be natural without freezing up. There are guys technically way better than I am who never get that across.

Peppers is impressive in the public eye, IMO, and that's not some sort of weird backward slap at him.

I loved the part at the end where he said he hasnt really done anything yet. This is a humble kid who is very hungry to get on the field and dominate. Cant wait to watch these guys in action.

Even if we only have him for two more years, I can't wait to see what Peppers can do. Durkin has to be drooling over how many different ways he can utilize his skills.

I hope we get to see Peppers blow up many a receiver next Fall.

We are adding a great athelete with a great attitude (and one with some experience) to the D.  Find the right spot, coach him up, and watch what happens.  And by the way, put him back returning punts and we make our punt return team much better.
